N\u00e4r jag jobbar med verksamhetsutveckling och organisationsfr\u00e5gor st\u00f6ter jag ganska ofta p\u00e5 myten om \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d. F\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan p\u00e5 \u201dhur det borde vara\u201d, eller \u201dhur det \u00e4r \u00f6verallt utom h\u00e4r\u201d\u00a0 Du vet, det d\u00e4r st\u00e4llet d\u00e4r vi aldrig satt v\u00e5r fot men \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r fullkomligt \u00f6vertygande om att det inte bara finns utan dessutom \u00e4r vanligt f\u00f6rekommande. (\u00c4ven om du eller jag som sagt aldrigt sett det).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dDen goda arbetsplatsen\u201d \u00e4r stressfri. Eller i alla fall helt i avsaknad av negativ stress. D\u00e4r har alla medarbetarna respekt f\u00f6r varandras kompetens, s\u00e4rart och personlighet. D\u00e4r intresserar sig chefen f\u00f6r oss p\u00e5 \u201dr\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt\u201d. P\u00e5 djupet n\u00e4r jag har behov av det, och l\u00e4mnar mig i fred n\u00e4r jag beh\u00f6ver det. D\u00e4r \u00e4r arbetsbelastningen r\u00e4tt och arbetsuppgifterna b\u00e5de intressanta, utvecklande och engagerande.<br \/>Inte ens p\u00e5 \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d \u00e4r l\u00f6nen i topp, men den \u00e4r i alla fall tillr\u00e4ckligt bra. Du har ocks\u00e5 h\u00f6rt talas om \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d? Och ibland funderat p\u00e5 att sluta ditt nuvarande jobb med alla jobbiga medarbetare, kn\u00e4ppa kunder och tjatiga leverant\u00f6rer? F\u00f6r att f\u00e5 b\u00f6rja p\u00e5\u2026 just det!! \u201dDen goda arbetsplatsen\u201d! Jod\u00e5, vi har alla haft de tankarna!<\/p>\n<p>Men tyv\u00e4rr. L\u00e5t mig komma med de d\u00e5liga nyheterna. Det \u00e4r en myt, en saga och \u00f6nskedr\u00f6m som vi beh\u00f6ver som \u201dpyspunka\u201d n\u00e4r vardagen k\u00e4nns trist och jobbig. Men f\u00f6r en del som hela tiden lever med kronisk stress i vardagen kan myten om \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d bli en gigantisk stressfaktor i sig. Om du varje dag h\u00e5ller upp myten som en spegel mot din verklighet s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste utfallet hela tiden bli negativt. Verkligheten kan helt enkelt aldrig n\u00e5 upp mot f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan. I st\u00e4llet blir det en l\u00e5sning i missn\u00f6je och besviskelse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Men inte kan allt vara en myt? Det skulle ju vara f\u00f6r bedr\u00f6vligt. Ja, sj\u00e4lvklart.\u00a0 Behovet av myter finns men det g\u00e4ller att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur en normal arbetsplats h\u00e4nger ihop och fungerar som system. L\u00e5t oss titta p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra av myterna ur ett systemperspektiv. Jag tar Bowens systemteori till hj\u00e4lp som metod och analysverktyg. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5 jag arbetar p\u00e5 alla arbetsplatser och som inte l\u00e4ngre uppfattas som \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d. Men inga organisationer kan fungera utan att k\u00e4nna ett stress och en oro f\u00f6r vad konkurrenter g\u00f6r, vad som h\u00e4nder i omv\u00e4rlden och vilka krav som kommer att st\u00e4llas p\u00e5 organisation och medarbetare i framtiden<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>att d\u00e4r har medarbetarna respekt f\u00f6r varandras kompetens. Men i dagens snabbt f\u00f6r\u00e4nderliga v\u00e4rld \u00e4r kompetens en och utbildning en vara med ett tydligt b\u00e4st f\u00f6re datum. P\u00e5 alla arbetsplatser beh\u00f6ver vi inse att det kr\u00e4vs b\u00e5de kompetensbeh\u00e5llning och kompetensutveckling f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla organisationens kompetensniv\u00e5. Ingen kan f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas f\u00e5 full respekt f\u00f6r en omodern kompetens.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>att p\u00e5 \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen \u201d har alla medarbetarna respekt f\u00f6r varandras egenheter och s\u00e4rart. Men det \u00e4r inte enkelt att arbeta med m\u00e4nniskor som tar beslut p\u00e5 helt annat s\u00e4tt \u00e4n vi sj\u00e4lva. Och vi \u00e4r inte robotar exakt lika varandra i tanke- och reaktionsm\u00f6nster. Friktioner och attraktioner uppst\u00e5r mellan m\u00e4nniskor. Det sker p\u00e5 alla normala m\u00f6tesplatser.<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>P\u00e5 \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d intresserar chefen sig p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt och l\u00e4mpligt mycket. D\u00e4r kan nog de allra flesta bli b\u00e4ttre. Delvis f\u00f6r att vi kommit att bli allt mer digitala \u00e4ven i ledarskapet. Att flanera runt p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget och sitta ner med medarbetaren har bytts ut till digital samvaro och m\u00f6ten online. Mer effektivt men mindre personlig kontakt. H\u00e4r har vi alla olika behov och f\u00f6rm\u00e5gor. L\u00f6nen blir det yttersta beviset p\u00e5 mitt egenv\u00e4rde p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r l\u00f6nen ALLTID \u00e4r r\u00e4ttvis p\u00e5 \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Min erfarenhet \u00e4r att l\u00f6nediskussioner och f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar n\u00e4stan alltid handlar om r\u00e4ttvisa och tydlighet, inte om kronorna i slutet av m\u00e5naden. Som anst\u00e4lld ska jag veta vad som f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas av mig f\u00f6r att jag ska uppfylla det som kr\u00e4vs, Jag ska ocks\u00e5 veta hur jag kan p\u00e5verka l\u00f6nes\u00e4ttningen f\u00f6r egen del. Arbeta mer? Kompetensutveckla mig? Arbeta andra tider? Men just h\u00e4r kan myten om \u201dden goda arbetsplatsen\u201d faktiskt n\u00e4rma sig verkligheten. Med tydliga arbetsbeskrivningar, bra kommunikation och ett l\u00f6nesystem om uppfattas som begripligt och r\u00e4ttvist kan en vanlig organisation faktiskt bli riktigt bra.
