Sj\u00e4lv har jag \u201dn\u00f6rdat ner\u201d mig i s\u00e4ljhinder, framg\u00e5ngsfaktorer och vad som skapar framg\u00e5ngsrika sm\u00e5f\u00f6retagare. \u00c4r det ett brinnande entrepren\u00f6rskap? Medf\u00f6dd talang? En bra struktur i arbetet eller bristen p\u00e5 detsamma? Det \u00e4r intressant att studier visar att 4 av 5 nyanst\u00e4llda s\u00e4ljare inte blir kvar efter det f\u00f6rsta \u00e5ret. De s\u00e4ljer helt enkelt f\u00f6r d\u00e5ligt (eller inte alls). S\u00e5 fungerar det p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt med oss sm\u00e5f\u00f6retagare? De flesta \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 \u201dsin grej\u201d. Kanske drivs vi av ett brinnande intresse. Kanske v\u00e4ljer vi att vara livsstilsf\u00f6retagare. D\u00e5 \u00e4r f\u00f6retagandet en v\u00e4sentlig del av hur jag har valt att leva mitt liv. Men hur bra \u00e4r vi egentligen p\u00e5 att kontakta nya kunder? V\u00e5rdar vi v\u00e5ra befintliga n\u00f6jda kunder s\u00e5 att de \u00e5terkommer till oss? Ringer vi det d\u00e4r extra samtalet bara f\u00f6r att h\u00f6ra av oss? Knappast!! N\u00e4r jag arbetar med s\u00e4ljhinder \u00e4r det viss tr\u00f6st att inse jag inte \u00e4r ensam. Fler \u00e4n jag st\u00e4dar hellre badkaret med tandborste \u00e4n ringer fr\u00e4mmande m\u00e4nniskor f\u00f6r att erbjuda sina tj\u00e4nster.<\/p>\n<p>Samtidigt \u00e4r den st\u00f6rsta framg\u00e5ngsfaktorn enligt unders\u00f6kningar \u201df\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att skapa f\u00f6rtroende\u201d. Vilket inneb\u00e4r att jag faktiskt <strong>m\u00e5ste<\/strong> ringa och prata med mina kunder. F\u00f6r den personliga kontakten l\u00e4gger grunden till relationen med kunden. Ett sp\u00e4nnande dilemma. Oavsett s\u00e4ljhinder s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver jag arbeta med ett slags f\u00f6rtroendeskapande v\u00e4rdskap. Det spelar ingen roll hur bra jag s\u00e4ljer om jag inte v\u00e4rnar om min kund. I boken \u201dDet s\u00e4ljande v\u00e4rdskapet\u201d beskrivs det kanske b\u00e4st:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>F\u00f6retag finns d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att de skapar v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r m\u00e4nniskor. Alla i verksamheten finns d\u00e4r f\u00f6r att skapa v\u00e4rde f\u00f6r g\u00e4sterna och det skapar mening och gl\u00e4dje f\u00f6r ut\u00f6varen. Att bara vara en \u201dkr\u00e4ngmaskin\u201d f\u00f6rminskar oss som m\u00e4nniskor och leder till l\u00e5g moral och l\u00e4gre int\u00e4kter p\u00e5 l\u00e4ngre sikt.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u201dDet s\u00e4ljande v\u00e4rdskapet\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Forskarduon Dudley &amp; Goodson har forskat p\u00e5 s\u00e4ljhinder i 25 \u00e5r. De har identifierat 12 s\u00e4ljhinder (plus 3 \u201dskenhinder\u201d). F\u00f6r min del kan jag m\u00e4rka att mina hinder minskat sedan jag blev medveten om dem. Men ett \u00e4r s\u00e4kert. De har inte f\u00f6rsvunnit. Jag putsar fortfarande hellre badkarsarmaturen \u00e4n ringer och s\u00e4ljer. De flesta kan minska sina hinder genom \u00f6vning. Vi kan ocks\u00e5 bli b\u00e4ttre genom att arbeta med vad de kallar \u201dself-promotion\u201d. Det \u00e4r v\u00e5r f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att ber\u00e4tta om v\u00e5rt erbjudande. D\u00e5 arbetar vi samtidigt bort s\u00e4ljhinder. Det st\u00e4rker \u00e4ven det egna varum\u00e4rket. Men det kr\u00e4vs att du har m\u00e5l f\u00f6r egenutveckling. Hur arbetar du med \u201dself-promotion\u201d? Vad \u00e4r viktigt i ditt varum\u00e4rke?\u00a0Och vilka \u00e4r dina s\u00e4ljhinder?<\/p>\n<p><strong>De tolv s\u00e4ljhindren \u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Domedagssiare \u2013 L\u00e4gger du all din energi p\u00e5 att f\u00f6rutse allt el\u00e4nde som kan intr\u00e4ffa?<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6verf\u00f6rberedelse \u2013 F\u00f6rbereder du dig s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge att du aldrig blir tillr\u00e4ckligt klar?<\/li>\n<li>Scenskr\u00e4ck \u2013 Tycker att presentationer inf\u00f6r grupp \u00e4r hemska<\/li>\n<li>Reflexm\u00e4ssig opposition \u2013 M\u00e5ste bara s\u00e4ga emot f\u00f6r att h\u00e4vda sig. Usel sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla.<\/li>\n<li>Obeslutsamhet \u2013 Vill inte verka framfusig och p\u00e5tr\u00e4ngande<\/li>\n<li>V\u00e4nseparerare \u2013 Vill inte blanda ihop aff\u00e4rer och v\u00e4nskap<\/li>\n<li>Hyperprofessionalism \u2013 Vill verka s\u00e5 framg\u00e5ngsrik att det \u00e4r under din v\u00e4rdighet kontakta kunden<\/li>\n<li>Rollf\u00f6rnekelse \u2013 Sk\u00e4ms f\u00f6r att s\u00e4lja<\/li>\n<li>Referensaversion \u2013 Har sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att fr\u00e5ga om tips p\u00e5 andra som kan vara intresserade<\/li>\n<li>Social os\u00e4kerhet \u2013 Har sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4lja till m\u00e4nniskor med pondus och makt<\/li>\n<li>Familjeseparerare \u2013 Tycker det \u00e4r oetiskt att s\u00e4lja till familj och sl\u00e4kt<\/li>\n<li>Telefonfobi \u2013 Vill inte ta kontakt per telefon, ansikte mot ansikte \u00e4r inget problem<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Till de h\u00e4r kommer ytterligare 3 \u201dskenhinder\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fysisk energi\/motivation \u2013 Brist p\u00e5 motivation eller ork att utf\u00f6ra jobbet<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e5lfokusering \u2013 Bristande f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga till m\u00e5lfokusering<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e5lf\u00f6rvirring \u2013 Problem med m\u00e5nga m\u00e5l samtidigt som sl\u00e5ss om din uppm\u00e4rksamhet och energi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>K\u00e4nner du igen dig i n\u00e5got eller n\u00e5gra av hindren? De allra flesta g\u00f6r det. En del s\u00e4ljhinder kan du enklare arbeta bort \u00e4n andra. Ett bra hj\u00e4lpmedel \u00e4r en plan och ett CRM system (Kundhanteringssystem). D\u00e4r best\u00e4mmer du hur ofta du ska ta kontakt med nya och \u00e5terkommande kunder. En tydlig m\u00e5lfokusering beh\u00f6vs. Vad du ska g\u00f6ra. N\u00e4r du ska g\u00f6ra det.
