De h\u00e4r \u00e4r normalt duktiga, sj\u00e4lvs\u00e4kra och kunniga personer men n\u00e4r det kommer till f\u00f6rhandlingar har de ett gemensamt. De tycker det \u00e4r sv\u00e5rt. Att diskutera pris p\u00e5 grejor g\u00e5r kanske an men n\u00e4r det kommer till avtal, anst\u00e4llningsvillkor och v\u00e4rst av allt.. l\u00f6nef\u00f6rhandlingar eller konflikter p\u00e5 jobbet sl\u00e5r os\u00e4kerheten och obehaget till. Det blir stort och sv\u00e5rt och t\u00e4r p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nslan. Det \u00e4r konstigt att vi \u00e4r s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som k\u00e4nner s\u00e5 stort obehag n\u00e4r det kommer till att formulera v\u00e5ra egna \u00f6nskem\u00e5l. Ungar \u00e4r fantastiska f\u00f6rhandlare men sedan verkar det v\u00e4xa bort. Antagligen f\u00e5r vi h\u00f6ra under uppv\u00e4xten att det h\u00e4r med att f\u00f6rhandla \u00e4r ruskigt sv\u00e5rt och obehagligt. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det ju givet att det blir obehagligt l\u00e4ngre fram i livet. Men det beh\u00f6ver det ju inte alls vara \u2013 det finns m\u00e5nga enkla tips och verktyg f\u00f6r den som vill bli en b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6rhandlare!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Med r\u00e4tt verktyg och bra sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nsla kan alla lyckas!<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Vem som helst kan bli en bra f\u00f6rhandlare. F\u00f6r de flesta f\u00f6rhandlingar avg\u00f6rs inom oss sj\u00e4lva. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4r vi h\u00e5ller p\u00e5 och resonerar l\u00e5ngt innan vi faktiskt pratar med den som verkligen \u00e4r v\u00e5r motpart. Vi bl\u00e5ser upp motpartens kunskap och m\u00f6jligheter och ser noga till f\u00f6rminska den egna sj\u00e4lvk\u00e4nslan. Vi r\u00e4knar ut vad som kommer att h\u00e4nda och vi intalar oss att vi \u00e4r usla f\u00f6rhandlare som kommer att misslyckas. S\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver det verkligen inte vara! Alla kan f\u00f6rbereda sig genom n\u00e5gra enkla fr\u00e5gor. S\u00e5 var s\u00e5 god mina v\u00e4nner \u2013 <strong><em>h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5gra enkla tips f\u00f6r den ovane f\u00f6rhandlaren<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Vem har mest br\u00e5ttom? Tiden avg\u00f6r de allra flesta f\u00f6rhandlingar. Ju mer br\u00e5ttom vi har desto s\u00e4mre resultat riskerar vi att uppn\u00e5!<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Vad har jag f\u00f6r m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning? Vad tror jag motparten har f\u00f6r m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning? Har jag n\u00e5gon sm\u00e4rtgr\u00e4ns?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Vilka fr\u00e5gor ska jag f\u00f6rbereda f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 mer information och hj\u00e4lp i min f\u00f6rhandling?<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Vad har jag att byta med? Din motpart har alltid andra intressen och prioriteringar \u00e4n vad du har!<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Och viktigast av allt \u2013 all f\u00f6rhandling inneb\u00e4r att B\u00c5DA parterna m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rflytta sig till ett nytt l\u00e4ge. Det \u00e4r INGEN f\u00f6rhandling om bara den ene ska ge med sig!<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Har du bara koll p\u00e5 de h\u00e4r fr\u00e5gorna s\u00e5 har du kommit l\u00e5ngt i din f\u00f6rhandlingsteknik. S\u00e5 sluta oroa dig och b\u00f6rja f\u00f6rhandla! Det kommer att g\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n tror!
