Jag har b\u00f6rjat inse att det h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got intressant n\u00e4r de \u201dl\u00e5nar\u201d begrepp och kommunikationsm\u00f6nster fr\u00e5n varandra. Jag arbetar en hel del med organisationer i ett systemperspektiv. D\u00e5 m\u00e5ste man titta p\u00e5 hela det emotionella systemet som en arbetsplats best\u00e5r av f\u00f6r att se vad som orsakar stress och oh\u00e4lsosamma milj\u00f6er.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>n\u00e4r ledarskapet inte f\u00f6ljer den f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntade logiken skapas otydliga organisationer\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nu har jag fastnat p\u00e5 hur ologiska m\u00e5nga organisationer \u00e4r och beter sig. <strong>F\u00f6retag<\/strong> vill ge\u00a0f\u00f6reningsk\u00e4nsla s\u00e5 man skapar \u201dkundklubbar\u201d. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt ska kunderna k\u00e4nna att det \u00e4r \u201dmedlemmar\u201d i f\u00f6retaget. Medan <strong>F\u00f6reningar<\/strong> ser ett behov att vara \u201daff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssiga\u201d och tycker att det \u00e4r bra om medlemmarna behandlas och kallas \u201dkunder\u201d ist\u00e4llet. Det tredje av mina\u201dF\u201d \u2013 <strong>F\u00f6rvaltningarna<\/strong> g\u00f6r samma sak \u2013 ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r f\u00f6rvaltning och produktion av samh\u00e4llsnytta med skattemedel b\u00f6rjar man tala om att \u201dreducera ol\u00f6nsamma enheter\u201d. Vi har skapat ett dilemma d\u00e4r ledarskapet inte kan bli annat \u00e4n otydligt. Ett otydligt ledarskap skapar oh\u00e4lsosamma arbetsmilj\u00f6er. Har vi verkligen r\u00e5d med det?
