Kanske \u00e4r det anledningen att de flesta styrelseutbildningar fokuserar p\u00e5 juridiken. Men styrelseuppdraget \u00e4r unikt p\u00e5 ett annat s\u00e4tt. Det f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter att styrelsen som grupp \u00e4r ett h\u00f6gfungerande team i alla situationer. Men det finns en stor skillnad mellan en grupp m\u00e4nniskor och ett team. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r mina kurser inriktade p\u00e5 arbetsformer och gruppdynamik. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt skapas ett optimalt styrelsearbete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.21.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;e094ebb2-16a3-4858-b444-0292c5298a23&#8243; locked=&#8221;off&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Teamk\u00e4nsla och effektivitet bygger p\u00e5 samf\u00f6rst\u00e5nd, f\u00f6rtroende och tillit mellan de olika ledam\u00f6terna. Styrelsen som grupp \u00e4r normalt allra b\u00e4st n\u00e4r olika kompetenser och erfarenheter kompletterar varandra. Det ger en bred och en stor samlad kompetens. Men det kan inneb\u00e4ra att styrelsen beh\u00f6ver l\u00e4ra sig att samarbeta effektivt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En bra styrelse \u00e4r ledningens och organisationens absolut b\u00e4sta och billigaste expertresurs. Det g\u00e4ller att dra nytta av den resursen. Att genomf\u00f6ra en utbildning i arbetss\u00e4tt, strukturer och systemt\u00e4nkande \u00e4r ett effektivt s\u00e4tt att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra det strategiska arbetet i styrelsen.<\/p>\n<p>Det finns stora f\u00f6rdelar att genomf\u00f6ra utbildningen tillsammans med valberedning och ledningsgrupp. D\u00e5 skapas unskap och f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r varandras olika roller f\u00f6retaget eller f\u00f6reningen. Att ha respekt f\u00f6r de skilda ansvaren \u00e4r lika viktigt som att alla tydligt f\u00f6rst\u00e5r och respekterar gr\u00e4nsdragningen mellan den strategiska och operativa ledningen av en verksamhet. Om du k\u00e4nner igen n\u00e5got av det h\u00e4r kan du fundera om det \u00e4r dags att genomf\u00f6ra en utbildning f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka effektiviteten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Det saknas verkligt engagemang f\u00f6r verksamheten<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>S\u00e4rintressen och &#8221;cykelst\u00e4llsfr\u00e5gor&#8221; \u00e4ter upp tiden<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Gr\u00e4nsdragningen mellan ledning och styrelse \u00e4r otydlig<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Att investera resurs i ett gemensamt saminarium \u00e4r att investera f\u00f6r bra framtida verksamhet p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er. Under seminariet och de gemensamma \u00f6vningarna skapar ni en gemensam grund som \u00e4r ov\u00e4rderlig f\u00f6r ett effektivt och strategiskt arbete. En bra styrelse har struktur, ordning och tydliga ansvarsramar. Den har ocks\u00e5 en \u00f6ppenhet i samarbete och beslutsprocesser. Den finns med inriktning aktiebolag och f\u00f6reningar. Kursen skr\u00e4ddarsys efter b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga utifr\u00e5n efter era behov och fr\u00e5gest\u00e4llningar. Materialet och verktygen som jag anv\u00e4nder bygger p\u00e5 omfattande erfarenhet och forskning kring lyckade team och deras beteende. Det \u00e4r att rekommendera att \u00e4ven valberedningar och ledningsgrupper deltar.
