Oavsett typen av hot s\u00e5 skapas en negativ spiral som inneb\u00e4r en risk f\u00f6r kroniska stressp\u00e5slag, irritation och &#8221;kortare stubiner&#8221; p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Inte i en verklig omv\u00e4rldsbed\u00f6mning<\/span>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Att arbeta med ledarskap och Bowens systemteori inneb\u00e4r att du beh\u00f6ver arbeta med strukturer och tydlighet. Tror du att om avdelningens absolut jobbigaste bara \u00e4ndrade sig s\u00e5 skulle alla problem vara l\u00f6sta? Blir du vansinnig p\u00e5 den hoppl\u00f6sa m\u00e4nniskan som alltid verkar lida av beslutsv\u00e5nda!! Eller andra som tar beslut grundade p\u00e5 \u201dsin oslagbara\u201d intuition. Men om en organisation bem\u00f6ter den kollektiva stressen p\u00e5 fel s\u00e4tt kan den v\u00e4xa i en kedja av reaktioner, om\u00f6jliga att kontrollera. Det kommer att resultera i korkade beslut. Vilket i sin tur orsakar icke produktiva konflikter och l\u00e4gger grunden till gnabb och otrivsel p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Vi har en inbyggd f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntan att vi ska kunna f\u00f6rklara det som h\u00e4nder i enkla samband av orsak och verkan. N\u00e5got som ofta g\u00f6r oss blinda f\u00f6r det faktum att beslutet i sig pl\u00f6tsligt blivit det viktigaste. Samtidigt bortser vi fr\u00e5n vad beslutet egentligen inneb\u00e4r. Vi kan v\u00e4lja att fokusera p\u00e5 sm\u00e5saker och helt felaktiga fr\u00e5gor mitt under en kris. Risken att vi v\u00e4ljer felfokusering beror den vanmakt och r\u00e4dsla vi k\u00e4nner. Det \u00e4r en stressande och jobbig situation. D\u00e5 \u00e4r det enkelt att skapa en \u201dadrenalinkick\u201d av handlingskraft genom att fokusera p\u00e5 n\u00e5got som vi kan hantera. Enklast g\u00f6r vi det genom att ta tag i fr\u00e5gor av kalibern \u201dflytta cykelst\u00e4llet\u201d. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att vara beslutsam i n\u00e5got enkelt (och korkat) ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att ta tag i den underliggande sakfr\u00e5gan.
