Om du d\u00e4remot jobbar i n\u00e5gon av de stressade organisationer som finns s\u00e5 \u00e4r risken stor att ni inte alls jobbar tillsammans.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mina utbildningar och seminarier har alla grunden i Bowens systemteori. Teorin fokuserar p\u00e5 hur individer relaterar till varandra inom en grupp, en familj eller ett arbetslag. Grupper d\u00e4r vi delar en k\u00e4nsla av tillh\u00f6righet. S\u00e5dana grupper \u00e4r \u201demotionella system\u201d. Det inneb\u00e4r att oro, r\u00e4dsla och stress \u201dsmittar\u201d inom systemet. Ju mer oro och stress desto mer kommer gruppen att reagera och ta beslut enbart p\u00e5 k\u00e4nsla. En grupp som ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6rh\u00e5ller sig rationell och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker hantera de oroande fr\u00e5gorna ur ett faktam\u00e4ssigt perspektiv beh\u00e5ller lugnet och tar v\u00e4lgrundade beslut.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201d<span>En grupp som styrs av k\u00e4nslor kan styras av inbillade &#8221;monster och myter<\/span>\u201d ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r av verkliga fakta&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span>Eftersom hela gruppen omfattas av det emotionella systemet kan du aldrig fokusera p\u00e5 att enbart arbeta med ledarskapet eller enbart fokusera p\u00e5 medarbetarna. Du beh\u00f6ver arbeta med helheten f\u00f6r att n\u00e5 framg\u00e5ng. Att anv\u00e4nda Bowens systemteori inneb\u00e4r att du kommer att arbeta med strukturer och personlig utveckling. Genom att l\u00e4ra mer om systemteori s\u00e5 s\u00e4nker du din personliga stress och oro. Samtidigt kommer du att vara en positiv f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringsagent i alla emotionella system som du \u00e4r en del av. Du f\u00e5r du l\u00e4ra dig, praktiskt och konkret hur du arbetar med de olika systemen i en organisation. Det emotionella systemet, vilket speglar hur k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt styrd gruppen \u00e4r. Och det rationella systemet. N\u00e4r kommunikation \u00e4r \u00f6ppen och i linje med av gruppen st\u00e5r f\u00f6r skapas lugn. F\u00f6rm\u00e5gan att kommunicera \u00e4r bland det viktigaste i ett sj\u00e4lvledarskap p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er. Genom \u00f6ppenhet och trygghet kan f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring genomf\u00f6ras utan att det driver p\u00e5 oro och r\u00e4dslor. Men kan vi tolka de underliggande budskapen? Vi har med oss v\u00e5rt eget kulturella midset. Samtidigt som den andra parten har sin kulturella bakgrund. Kommunikation \u00e4r i huvudsak outtalad. Det \u00e4r kroppsspr\u00e5k, tonfall och gester.
