Jag \u00e4r ett st\u00f6d p\u00e5 alla niv\u00e5er i arbetet och min styrka ligger kunskap om Bowens systemteori och en stor praktisk erfarenhet. De finns i alla verksamheter m\u00e5ste upp i ljuset f\u00f6r att vi ska lyckas.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Monster&#8221; \u00e4r r\u00e4dslor. De kan vara individuella (&#8221;t\u00e4nk om min kompetens inte l\u00e4ngre efterfr\u00e5gas?&#8221;, eller &#8221;t\u00e4nk om de andra klagat p\u00e5 mig?&#8221;) Men de kan ocks\u00e5 vara kollektivt k\u00e4nda (&#8221;t\u00e4nk om verksamheten flyttas?&#8221; eller &#8221;ingen f\u00f6rst\u00e5r viken av det vi g\u00f6r&#8221;). &#8221;Monstren&#8221; \u00e4r r\u00e4dslor och oro som \u00e4r s\u00e5 starka att vi medvetet och omedvetet motarbetar varje f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring av r\u00e4dsla f\u00f6r det nya, ok\u00e4nda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Myter&#8221; \u00e4r flykten till &#8221;hur det var&#8221;. En glorifiering av forna tider n\u00e4r allt var s\u00e5 mycket b\u00e4ttre.
